During registration, you’ll create a username (your email address) and a password. These can be used to log in anytime across all supported devices.
You’ll receive a welcome email at the address you provided. This email will guide you on how to enjoy the latest live events and catch-up action from the world of women’s sport on W-Sport.

What subscription packages are available?
W-Sport offers monthly and annual packages to give you access to sport content in a way that suits you.
Both packages are non-recurring. When your subscription expires, you can simply subscribe again.
Note: You will still have access to content until the subscription expiry date.
I have registered my profile, what features can I enjoy?.
Important for iPhone/iPad users: You need to subscribe using a PC, Mac, or iPad web browser. Once subscribed, you can stream on any supported device, including iPhone. (In-app purchases are not available on iOS.)
W-Sport utilises a special streaming technology known as Adaptive Bit Rate technology which automatically adapts to your Internet connection speed and your device. The higher your Internet connection speed, the better the video quality will be. If you have a high-speed Internet connection (4Mbps and higher), you will get the best video quality. If you have a low-speed Internet connection speed (1 to 2Mbps and lower), you will still be able to watch video content, but not at the best quality we provide.
Yes. Streaming uses data, which will be billed by your Internet Service Provider.
You will require a minimum speed of 2Mbps, but we recommend a 4Mbps (or faster) line to ensure consistent stream and a great viewing experience, especially if you have more than one user on the line or multiple devices streaming at the same time. W-Sport's Adaptive Bit Rate technology automatically adapts to your Internet connection speeds and your device. Thanks to this technology, you will be able to use W-Sport at broadband speeds as low as 512kbps. The higher your Internet connection speed, the better the video quality will be.
Yes. You can register up to three devices on your account, with a maximum of two concurrent streams at the same time.
Registered customers manage accounts via "My Account" section. From here, you can:
Click on "forgot your password" on the login screen. Follow the on-screen instructions and you’ll be able to reset your password using your registered email.
Please check your Internet connection. If you do not have any Internet connection, you will see a message notifying you that you are not currently connected. If you have an Internet connection but you still cannot watch the video (you either have a blank screen or a loading indicator), this means that your Internet connection is too slow or poor to watch a video. Please use an Internet connection with at least a 512Mbps speed. For best results, a connection with a minimum speed of 2Mbps should be used.
To download an asset, ensure you are logged in and have an active subscription. Simply select the content you want and choose the download option.

Yes, your download will continue to run in the background even if the app is closed.
The download will pause automatically and will resume once your device reconnects to the internet.

Yes, we can if we provide you with the option to opt-out. During the registration process we give you the option to select to receive email/marketing communication. Within every communication you will receive from us, we will provide you with the option to opt out. This communication will continue to be sent until you request us to stop. Under the POPI Act, we will only be able to direct market on an opt-in basis – if you have not selected to receive/not receive communication from us, we will send out an email that will enable you to either agree or not agree to receive communication.
